This online privacy policy describes the information we may gather from you when you access our website, how that information may be utilised and how you can obtain further information from us about our online privacy policy and associated procedures, if necessary
When someone visits CARM’s site, our web server host collects information about:

Neither CARM nor its web host tries to identify anyone who is simply browsing our site. The above data is captured only in order that we can make decisions about the utility and appeal of its website and the online services we provide.

Such personal information is only obtained for use by CARM Training Pty Ltd, and the financial institution which provides credit card processing services to us, for the purpose of selling or providing online training services delivered via the CARM Training Website (including keeping associated student records) or for providing access to (and email notification of the availability of) the CARM™ Resources section.
If you have provided your email address for any of the above purposes we may keep you advised of any changes or updates to services you have registered for or utilised via email. We may also use your email address to send communications about information which you have told us you are interested in.
You can choose not to receive further emails from us by withdrawing your consent at any time. To do this simply send an email containing your name and email address to contact@carmtraining.com indicating that you wish to be removed from our e-mailing list. Allow five working days for your request to be processed.
When your personal credit card information is provided via our website it is processed via a secure server belonging to the financial institution which provides credit card processing facilities to CARM Training Pty Ltd. The financial institution uses encryption technology which encrypts the information to ensure it is protected over the Internet. This information may be stored by the financial institution but is not made available to, or retained by us.
Other personal information which you may provide may be retained/stored by us for the purposes outlined above. Due to the requirement to keep training records over extended periods, such information may be retained/stored for many years.
Where you are undertaking training which has been purchased by (or otherwise provided to you) via an employer, CARM Training Pty Ltd reserves the right to supply your personal information (including any training records associated with your personal information) to that employer. This right survives the period of your employment so that even though you may have left an employer, we maintain the right to supply your personal information to a former employer.
Personal information retained/stored by us andour LMS / server host is protected from unauthorised access through the use of firewall security, secure passwords and sign in processes.
